We are a married couple with a 1 year old son of our own. My Husbands name is John Wang and his background is in finance. My name is Juanita Juliann Rodriguez and my background is in Child Development. We love helping children learn, grow, and develop into kind and caring individuals. We love that we get to work with children everyday of our lives!

OUR MISSION

At All Smiles Family Childcare our mission is to provide a safe and enriching preschool environment to children aged 12 months to 5 years. At our school we offer a play-based environment where children will develop, learn, and grow through positive play interactions with their peers and teachers. Our goal is to go above and beyond parents expectations of an “In-Home” Daycare. At All Smiles Family Childcare we strive to provide families and children with the best quality care and attention possible. We want children’s earliest years to be filled with smiles, positive growth and learning opportunities, and enriching experiences.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

At All Smiles Family Childcare we believe in a play-based philosophy. We provide a safe, warm, and family-like environment where your child can thrive. We believe strongly in smaller teacher to student ratios, having 1:3. Our goal is to develop strong long lasting relationships with each child and their family.
